Qualifying and Earning Loyalty Levels

Under the Kalalou Loyalty Program, rewards increase with invoiced amounts in a calendar year (12/1/24 - 11/30/25  extended to 12/22/2025). Starting at the GOLD LEVEL, you receive a 10% discount after reaching $5000 in net invoices. Achieving $10,000 raises you to PLATINUM with a 15% discount, and reaching $15,000 grants a 20% discount! ** Please note that dropship orders do not count towards your loyalty status. ** Shipping charges WILL NOT count towards your total for loyalty status.

      • After qualifying, simply place a minimum order of $150 and enjoy your discount!

      • Full visibility – your discount will be applied at the line item level….and you can check your status at any time simply by logging in to your account! And should there be a deep promotion running on a collection of items, you still get that promotion, and your loyalty discount will be applied to any non-promotion items! You WIN!!!!


    DIAMOND LEVEL

    $15,000 Invoiced = 20% DISCOUNT ON ORDERS Once your account has invoiced a Net $15,000 within the calendar year, your account will enjoy DIAMOND STATUS – meaning you will receive 20% off ALL orders placed throughout the remainder of the calendar year!


    PLATINUM LEVEL

    $10,000 Invoiced = 15% DISCOUNT ON ORDERS Once your account has invoiced a Net $10,000 within the calendar year, your account will enjoy PLATINUM STATUS – meaning you will receive 15% off ALL orders placed throughout the remainder of the calendar year!


    GOLD LEVEL

    $5000 INVOICED = 10% DISCOUNT ON ORDERS Once your account has invoiced a Net $5,000 within the calendar year, your account will enjoy GOLD STATUS – meaning you will receive 10% off ALL orders placed throughout the remainder of the calendar year!
